We shall need 4 carrots,1 onion,8dl vegetable broth,2dl milk,salt ,pepper and well chopped long spring onions.
Wash and peel the carrots and onions.Cook them in broth and melk.Smash them using a stick mixure.Sprinkle the Spring onions inside the soup.
