How To Make Mango Salad Weight Loss

Mango is a fruit that grows in the summer. Mango is among the most sought-after fruits for juice, food milk shake flavor, color, and flavor.  Mangoes are not high in saturated fats, calories cholesterol, and they contains vitamins A and C and E, as well as magnesium. If your metabolism increases, your body begins to shed the fat that it stores over time. The mango seed aids in speeding increasing your metabolic rate.  The mango seeds are ideal for anyone who has excess weight.

Lets try preparing a simple mango salad right now. We are going to need a few ingredients such as ,1 mango,2 spring onions,1 red chilli,2 chopped tea spoons of fresh coriander,1 tea spoon of white vinegar,2 tea spoons of olive oil,1 lemon to extract juice from ,salt and pepper.

Peel the mango, take out the seed and cut the mango in pieces. Chop the spring onion ,cut the chili into 2 and remove the seeds and chili cover. Mix them together ,put coriander, lime then salt and pepper.
