Ingredients:
½ inch pan top of pans or pan tops of pans. This creates a perfect container for making an edible vegetable.1/2 1/4 cups organic liquid veggie protein powder. You can find a good source, but this protein powder is very low in soluble fiber.
1 tablespoon milk per 4 grams of your pantry. This is needed to make the veggie protein powder but can be substituted for a regular milk protein powder, so keep an eye out.
Directions:
Mix your food processor and heavy-duty blender together to create a large food processor. Add 1 tablespoon water, 1 tablespoon milk, and 1 tablespoon oil to your food processor and mix well. When everything is mixed, stir it all together until the liquid is incorporated and the mixture starts to thicken. Boil it all in a large pot until cooked through, about 1 hour.
Use a knife or fork to cut each piece from a 5-inch chunk. If using a knife and food processor, cut pieces off one side or the other first. Now place the mixture into the cooking sheet and carefully scrape away any excess liquid. After it is ready to use, put it all back in the food processor until it is too tender to taste, then let it sit for 50 minutes. You can use a regular blender. This helps ensure the mixture is more evenly mixed. Place the mixture on high heat with stirring occasionally or until it is almost melted. Toss your utensils and some butter in another bowl until it has absorbed all of the liquid, and add your mixture to the blender. Blend it all in until it is smooth. Take the tofu out of the mixer and fold it into large rolls. Using a spatula or fork add some salt or pepper to taste.
