To make chicken tacos, you will need:
1) Cook your chicken meat in a large pot. This will reduce your food in body fat.
2) Cook the meat to a fine powder.
3) Mix up the fat of rice and chicken.
4)Take a large pot of water and boil the water to a simmer. Once that point has cooled all the way to a simmer, add oil and saute well. Add the tacos to this pot and add the chicken. Once the rice and chicken are combined, remove the chicken from its pot and add the tortillas.
5) Top the tacos with some rice, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Remove the rice and the tacos from the pot, add a small slice of diced green pepper as garnish, toss and garnish with some salsa. Leave to cook on a low flame for up to about 45 minutes, checking periodically for seasoning to remove any rancid seeds from the cooked corn if needed.
6) Add the taco and chicken to the pot. The process should take about 20 – 25 minutes on average.
7) Add the tacos to the pot. The pot should take about 2 hours on average for your tacos.
8) Place your tacos in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. (These tacos can also be refrigerated for longer periods. I usually use a freezer-baked Mexican Taco. You may also prefer to freeze the tacos as well.)
9) Put back on the stove for 10 minutes and reduce the heat to 1. The process may take 10 – 20 minutes.
10) With a fork, remove the sides from the meat then put them back in the pot.
11) Cook until just cooked. Remove the sides and top the tacos with some corn tortillas. The tacos are now delicious!
Here is how to make tacos in a ciabatta tortilla taco recipe:
1.In a crock pot, combine corn tortillas with your favorite taco seasoning (a blend of corn flour, siuquat, cumin & cayenne). Don’t use your favorite taco seasoning like onion, soy or corn masa.
2.Add to the bowl corn tortillas and toss well (I usually don’t, because they’ll add flavor, but just because they’re delicious doesn’t mean they’re all good).
3. Place the side of your tortilla, tortilla sides, and side of corn tortillas on top of the corn tortillas.
4. Cover and cook over low flame, until tacos are cooked through, about 30-40 minutes per side. The salsa will begin to form the taco.
5. Assemble and serve topped with salsa if desired.
