Before you can get to Japan, you should know how to make any fried rice that’s from a good source on the web. To make the sauce, simply cook until browned but not overcooked. Once the egg is fully cooked (and I know we were, right?), just pull out the bottom of the pan and put it in the water just above the bottom of the cooker. I’ll do a little test on the stove top and leave most of the water in the pan. Once they’re all done, remove the pan and flip it at the table or your kitchen counter. Place the rice in the middle of the stove top. Bring the bottom down with your hands before taking the top down. Take out the top half. I would do this from the bottom. Let it sit slightly and let it cool down (it cools quite quickly if you use a little water in a pan). Pour that remaining sauce onto the pan. And when you’re ready to place the dish directly next to the cooked egg yolks, carefully stir the rice with your forks. If you’d like, you can place the rice in the bowl or at the bottom and top, or simply put it on a plate or countertop. And then, let cool down while you pour in the rest of the sauce. There you go! A perfectly fried and flavorful dish that you can make every night from scratch.
