Ingredients include 2 onions,4 garlic,2 carrots,1 red chili,1 celery root, 1 green squash,2 tea spoons of chili powder,1 tea spoon of malt,oragan,tea spoon of cinnamon,hermetic tomatoes,salt and pepper. Clean and peel the onions,celery root garlic and carrots.Cut the squash in thin pieces.Warm oil and fry the onion ,garlic and chili for some minutes.Add carrots,celery and spices followed by tomatoes then let the sauce boil under heat for around 15 minutes.Add salt and pepper.

Place in a preheated oven at 225 degrees for 45 minutes.Pour a few spoonfuls of water down each side and the corners to keep it moisturized. This will help keep the edges from becoming too dry. Take the tinfoil off and make sure the edges aren’t too dry, if they are add a few more spoonfuls of water. Cook for 15-20 minutes longer uncovered until top is slightly crispy. Check the flan with a toothpick in the middle to ensure it is done. The flan may not look exactly firm, but if the toothpick is clean it is done. Serve with garlic bread for a great meal.
